How an order runs
Five stages from first message to delivery. You get a named contact and a digital proof before anything is cut.

Enquiry
Tell us the sport or the department, rough numbers and when you need it. A sketch or a photo of your current kit is plenty to start.

Design proof
We send a digital mock-up on the actual garment shape — front, back and sleeves. Revise it as many times as you need.

Fabric & sizing
Choose your fabric tier and confirm the fit. Sizing sets are available so the squad can try before you commit.

Production
Sublimation, cut and sew, decoration and quality control — all tracked against your delivery date.

Delivery
Packed by player or by department where you need it, and delivered to the club, school or office.

Common questions
Five to six weeks as standard, measured from the moment you approve the artwork rather than from your first message. Reorders within a season are usually quicker. If you're working to a fixed date, tell us early and we'll work back from it.
Minimums are low and depend on the garment. Small squads, single departments and one-off staff orders are all workable — get in touch with your numbers and we'll confirm.
No. A rough sketch, a photo of your current kit or just your crest and colours is enough. Our design team builds the proof from there, and we'll rebuild a low-resolution logo at no extra cost.
Yes. We match to Pantone and can send a dyed fabric swatch before production so you're approving the real colour rather than a screen.
Regularly. Branded polos, jackets, shirts and workwear for offices, sites and events use the same production process as our club kit.
